Mutual NDA before you send a single file. Data transferred over encrypted upload, processed in your dedicated workspace, never used for training. After hand-off, source archives are retained for 90 days for support purposes then permanently deleted on request. Subprocessors and the data-handling chain are listed in the engagement agreement.
