About

Built in Aotearoa, for engineering consultancies worldwide.

Why a vertical product?

Loopio and Responsive are good products — for the work they were built for. Software RFPs and security questionnaires. The buyer is a SaaS rev-ops team. The content lives in a knowledge library. The evaluator is a procurement analyst with a checklist.

That's not the bid an engineering practice has to file by Friday. That bid is evaluated by a panel of registered engineers; the winning fee is benchmarked against an industry standard; the page limit is buried on page 47 of the appendix; and the methodology has to cite the right clause to score above a 6.

TenderWright is built for that workflow specifically. We don't try to be generic — we try to be opinionated about the right things, and rigorous about the procurement frameworks the user is actually evaluated against.

Where we come from

Built in Aotearoa New Zealand on the ground truth of a working engineering consultancy bidding across NZ, Australia, and the Pacific. The platform's NZ defaults (NZS standards, ACENZ benchmarks, MBIE rules, GETS feeds) come from that origin and stay as the baseline. New regions are tuned per customer engagement — the AI substrate, format compliance engine, and submission packaging are all jurisdiction-agnostic.

Concierge setup, by default

Most proposal software ships you an empty database and wishes you luck. We don't. Concierge setup means we take your past proposals, project portfolio, team CVs, brand voice samples, and required client templates — and hand back a workspace that's already calibrated to your firm before your first session.

What we won't do

  • Fabricate. If the AI tries to invent a project name, fee, or standards clause it can't trace to your data, we leave a [clarify] placeholder. Every output is scanned post-generation. We surface; we never silently accept.
  • Pretend cold-start data is real. A new org with zero proposals doesn't get a 50% win-rate prediction synthesised from defaults. We say "insufficient data" and explain what's needed.
  • Train on your content. Your proposals are not used to train any model. Anthropic and Google process per-call only.
  • Publish lock-in pricing. Engagements are scoped per firm — solo consultancy to multi-office practice, with or without concierge — so the right conversation is a discovery call, not a tier comparison.

Where your data lives

Fly Postgres and encrypted file storage in Sydney (ap-southeast-2) for ANZ data residency, with encrypted offsite backups in Tigris. Other regions on request. Subprocessors and the data-handling chain are documented in the engagement agreement.
