Where your data lives
Application data lives in Fly Postgres (Sydney, ap-southeast-2); uploaded files are stored on an encrypted Fly persistent volume in the same region. Encrypted offsite database backups are held in Tigris object storage (Sydney), with 14-day retention.
AI processing
Section drafts, RFP parsing, and inline rewrites send the relevant text to Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini) for inference. We use these providers' API tiers, under which your proposal content is never used to train any model.
Personal information
We collect the email and name you provide at signup, the proposals you create, the team members and project records you store, and usage telemetry (route navigation, error logs). We do not sell or rent any of this. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the application.

- Anthropic — AI inference for drafting, rewriting, parsing.
- Google AI — fallback inference, embeddings.
- Fly.io — application hosting, Postgres database, and encrypted file storage (Sydney, ap-southeast-2).
- Tigris (Fly) — offsite encrypted database backups (Sydney).
- Stripe — payment processing (Enterprise contracts).
Your rights
Email privacy@tenderwright.com to request export, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We respond within 10 business days under the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
